The decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the emigrant pact has pleased the Italian opposition.
Sources from the government cabinet in Rome for "TGcom 24" say that there is no concern about any delay in the implementation of the memorandum, under review by the Constitutional Court.
But unlike the government, the Italian opposition has considered the decision of the Constituent Assembly in Tirana a "powerful slap" to what, according to Green MP Angelo Boneli, is an illegal agreement.
For MP Fabio Rampellin, the decision of the Constitutional Court to suspend the Rama-Meloni agreement after the appeal made by the Albanian opposition, is simply a necessary act. It is worth noting that the agreement between the two countries provides that Italy can build two centers in Albania for the management of immigrants up to an annual flow of 36 thousand people.
