Prime Minister Edi Rama also shared the news through a post on social networks.
"What a year it started. Welcome Ares and Ryd, long life and good feet. These are the twins of 2025, who joined us healthy and well as harbingers of a year with blessings, at the "Queen Geraldine" maternity hospital, at 12:00 p.m.," writes Rama.
