The V+O company has signed an agreement with SEC Newgate, the international communications group ranked 21st in the world, and one of the 30 fastest growing companies (estimated by PRovoke 2023 for the top 250 rankings), by thus embarking on a new, even more exciting journey towards its growth and expansion.
SEC Newgate will acquire 70% of the V+O group over a 5-year period, while V+O will retain its distinct brand identity and organizational independence. SEC Newgate CEO Fiorenzo Tagliablue will join the V+O Group Board of Directors and strengthen the existing management team of all V+O companies, under the leadership of Thomas Varvitsiotis and Yannis Olympios.
Commenting on the event, V+O founders Thomas Varvitsiotis and Yannis Olympios said: “After 22 years of continuous growth, it was time to take another important step.
