Journalist Klodiana Lala spoke about the serious incident that happened today where a 14-year-old student of the 'Fan Noli' school lost his life after a knife attack 150 meters away from the school.
Lala said that there was an argument between the victim and the suspected author of the event since Friday where they were pushed, then there was an argument between them today inside the school and a few hours later the conflict escalated causing one victim and one injured .
" A police officer who investigated the incident today told me that the students argued on Friday, they were pushed. They argued with each other today, the security officer called them and said we have clarified. They should not have been allowed to go out, the parents should have been called, so that this conflict did not degrade ", said Lala on the show "Open" on News24.
While stating that we have a very serious event, the journalist said that the institutions should reflect.
" There was a package on school safety, which seems to have been forgotten along the way. It was a package to arrest those who were distributing drugs in schools, who were speeding near schools, who were selling alcoholic beverages to 13-14 year old children.
We deal with such situations every day. This is an unfortunate, flagrant and very serious case. But every day we have cases of bullying, fines, threats, blackmail with photos. We must be vigilant, if we had intervened on Friday, if we had intervened today, we would not have had an aggravation of the situation.
We have a victim, we have an injured person, we also have a perpetrator who is a child. Stories that start on social networks, seem like trivial stories on the surface, but ended tragically. The stories of minors start from the most banal, why do you follow on Instagram or tiktok, why did you see it and you shouldn't see it ", said Lala.
