A serious fight between minors rocked the capital today, after a 14-year-old lost his life, while two others were injured.
Analyst Arian Curri, turning attention from parents and institutions of responsibility, called this event a 'premeditated murder'.
"We are uneducated about the brain of a teenager. The fact that parents and institutions do not understand why a teenager violates and is violated has not changed.
