In the court of Durres, security measures were taken against the citizen Majlind Habibi, accused of the intentional murder of Branko Shkoza in Spitalle of Durres on December 2.

The criminal event was discovered a week later by the Durrës police, who arrested the victim's neighbor, 35-year-old Habibi, as the suspected perpetrator, who deliberately pushed him into the polluted water channel, causing his death.

Then he kept the crime hidden, while the victim's family members and the police were looking for 33-year-old Shkoza.

His body was found on December 5 in the canal, while on December 10 the police announced the arrest of his neighbor Habibi.
