Lawyer Spartak Ngjela speaking about the event in Pogradec, where Egli Proga lost his life, called the decision of the Korca Prosecutor's Office to soften the charge against the author incompetence of the prosecutor of the case, or corruption.
In an interview for the show "Breaking" on Top News, Ngjela said that excluding SPAK, it turns out that the institution of the Prosecution in the country remains corrupt.
" When the trial begins, we will analyze exactly the incident. It is either the incompetence of the Prosecutor, or corruption. It cannot change the charge when it has reached this level, which is the investigation. The prosecutor does it. I have cases where the prosecutor softened the charge, which does not happen at all in the criminal process in Albania.
I had another one in Korça a few days ago, who was withdrawn from the charge. So the Prosecutor's Office, I'm not talking about SPAK, the Prosecutor's Office is still corrupt, this case raises doubts about either corruption or the prosecutor's incompetence, it must be seen ", he said.
