A big fire broke out this morning in the village of Labovë, in Gjirokastër.
According to the information, at 3:30 a.m. a group of 11 effective forces of the fire department and 6 contract support workers went to intervene in the fire that was located on the mountain above the village of Labovë.
Upon arrival at the scene, the firemen found several fire pits and intervened with backpack pumps and circumstantial tools for isolation until the fire was completely extinguished.
A part of the intervention group will continue to stay at the scene to monitor, preventing the fires from reactivating.
