Another fire broke out on Saturday afternoon in our country, more specifically in the area of Qafë e Buallit, involving a pine grove near the village of Plan i Bardhë, in the territory of the Klos Municipality.
The flames have been favored by extreme temperatures and strong winds, reaching large proportions in a short time. The fire has progressed rapidly and has already crossed the administrative border of the Bulqiza Municipality, directly threatening a gas station and several businesses located along Arbri Street.
According to residents of the area, the situation is alarming and requires immediate intervention from firefighting structures and relevant municipalities to avoid a greater disaster.
Dense smoke and flames have partially covered the Arbri Road segment, making traffic difficult and increasing the risk for drivers passing through this important axis.
Local authorities have not yet announced the concrete measures taken to deal with the situation, while residents are appealing for air intervention and support from the Armed Forces to curb the spread of the fire.
