Arjan Çukaj is the owner of more than 10 companies, with which he received public money, hydropower plants (Tepelën, Bënçe, Rapun 1, Rapun 2), permits for the construction of towers in Tirana, permits for the Metropolitan University, etc.
Arjan Çukaj was a member of the Municipal Council of Tirana, where at the same time he received construction permits for towers in Tirana, in an obvious and factual conflict of interest.
Today, the businessman with a dubious past is behind several towers that are being erected and have ended up at Dinamo Stadium, former Block and other areas of Tirana, in some cases in violation of construction permits and with illegal construction permits.
