A concrete case of this fraud and financial abuse is Decision No. 3, dated August 23, 2022 of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship, with which 30 million Lek was given to Angelo Sako, owner of the company "Wolf Technologies Sh.pk".
It is no coincidence that Angelo Sako is the brother of the Mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, who was allegedly declared "winner" in front of 735 applicants, who do not have family members or acquaintances in positions of power, but presented projects with the desire to create possibility of self-employment and employment of some others in Albania.
But there is no way for the greedy of power, among them the mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, who gave the 30 million lek funds for Stat-up in the Municipality of Durrës to her brother, who is the Director of import and sales of cars at the company "GTACC Sh.pk" owned by the mayor's sister, but also a realtor of construction permits and licenses.
How Angelo Sako was declared "winner", the procedures can be easily verified, because he applied 2 weeks before the creation of the company "Wolf Technologies", while after receiving the 30 million ALL check with a fictitious Start-up project, his company has no exercise no activity day.
Perhaps, the brother of the mayor Emiriana Sako, has opened this firm to receive millions of lek from the state, and now he is waiting to receive the next check of 50 million lek, which the government has granted for the Start-up projects of 2024 in Durrës.
They are so insatiable and greedy, that in addition to stealing through tenders, privatizations, land, construction permits, licenses and since 1 year also by evading waste in Tirana's landfill; they are also extorting the funds of those young people who want to stay and work in Albania./ Pamphlet
