After this article, Shpresa Breçani, the daughter of Sali Berisha's sister, filed a lawsuit against "Pamphlet", demanding 30 million Lek for "defamation and defamation"; which she has defiled with or without the knowledge of the husband.
In fact, it is not defamation, but Decision No. 15251, dated December 28, 2023 of the court of Tirana; for the appointment of Shpresa Breçani, bankruptcy expert of the company "TV-ALSAT", owned by Rezart Taç of ARMO, already in search of money laundering of the Italian mafia "Cosa Nostra".
They have a habit, that the "men" of the "non grata" family have "surrounded" Pamphleti, attacking the women of the Vichidol tribe: the daughter for a fine of 10 million Lek and the granddaughter for 30 million Lek.
These two laraskas, during the power, used them as realtors for construction permits, lands, plots, appointments with lek in the police, army, customs, taxes, embassies, justice and for extortion of businesses.
But the time of these palazzo makuts as the "non-grata" type of family has come to an end and the end has begun with the son-in-law's isolation at home and seizure of stolen assets; with his son with the reopening of the Gërdec file and soon with his granddaughter, Shpresa Breçani with the wealth of sheikhs.
Saliu's granddaughter calls "defamation" the fact that not only during her uncle's rule as prime minister, but also during the 11 years of Edi Rama's rule, she is being used as "balance sheet and bankruptcy experts" for companies that steal public funds, which have been caught with trafficking, fraud schemes, theft with VAT reimbursement and laundering of crime and corruption money.
It is enough for the court to open the expertise registers, and it will find that Shpresa Breçani receives the balance sheets and bankruptcies of companies with criminal activity, created and flourished during the rule of Sali Berisha, which she closes with false balance sheets of zero profit, without assets and with loss.
It is not defamation, but it is criminal evidence in the file, the fact that Shpresa Breçani was an expert on the balance sheets of Gërdec, where the "de facto" owner was the son of her uncle Shkëlzen Berisha, while the head of the military police who allowed the trucks with ammunition, was the husband of her Ferit Breçani, known as a "realtor" of jobs in the ministries.
Shpresa Breçani has been an accounting expert of criminal businesses, offshore companies and mafia groups, which Sali Berisha introduced to Albania and gave them passports, licenses, state assets and police protection and justice.
We have said that Saliu's granddaughter, during her uncle's rule, was an accounting expert for the companies of Damir Fazlliç and Argita Berisha, but also for the military enterprise "MEICO" and the Police Factory, while at the same time she was an accounting expert for Gërdec, which was supplied with ammunition from theirs.
It is not a slander, neither is the fact that Saliu's granddaughter was an accounting expert of the betting company "Bet Plus", created on December 1, 2008 in Albania by the Italian Albino Prudentino, boss of the mafia organization "Sacra Corona Unita", with partners Arqile Sota , former director in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the trafficker brother-in-law of the former minister of Berisha.
We have mentioned the fact that Shpresa Breçani was an expert of the mafia company "Belle Air", as well as of the road company of the oligarch Rrok Gjoka and she is an expert of the company "Breçani" of her brother-in-law Erzen Breçani, where through her false balance sheets, they were cleaned the millions of cocaine traffic of Eralbi Breçani's nephew and Ervin Mata's boli.
We can mention other facts, which will be presented in court, even evidence from the criminal activity of her official husband, Ferit Breçani; where Saliu's granddaughter, I will give clarifications about the villas, bank accounts and many assets.
Their sources should be investigated, since they have been involved in dirty work also through the "cleaning" of the balance sheets of the companies of the bosses of the world of crime and corruption, such as the businesses of the "Nongrata" family./ Pamphlet
