According to a confidential information from BKH, "Pamfleti" has learned that SPAK, at the instigation of the FBI team, has started to be interested in the truth of the "Isa Çopa" file, the former Deputy Director of SHISH-Durra, since October 24 2011 was found burned inside his car in Currilat.
After 4 years of investigations, the police, the prosecution and SHISH itself, which is the top level of tracking and detecting crimes, put a lid on it together and left in oblivion the murder of the regional head of the Albanian intelligence service, although they had many clues and 6 strong evidences .
But, because of the clues and evidence, they led to the executioners of the leader of SHISH, Isa Çopa; and through them, SHISH investigators and agents, reached a powerful business clan with power connections, stopped investigations, diverted evidence and closed without order and execution.
Although nearly 13 years have passed since that mafia murder, the re-investigation of the "Isa Copa" file has been requested and is being investigated by the FBI team in cooperation with BKH and SPAK agents.
Because according to the information that "Pamphlet" has, this initiative has as its motive, the fact that the late Isa Copa was tracking a large traffic clan, targeted for strikes by American anti-mafia agencies.
At that time, the General Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor's Office of Durrës, based on the evidence collected and the investigations carried out with forensic experts, concluded that the killing and burning of the head of SHISH-Durres on October 24, 2011, was not suicide by car.
But in March 2015, the file of the preliminary investigation was overturned and the version "Suicide and self-immolation in the car, committed in depressed conditions due to the stress of the work load" was entered into the file.
As an argument for this version, the phone message that the late Isa Çopa had sent to his son a few minutes before the murder was used, when the morphological, stylistic, dialectical and written examination of his message did not match the texts of the messages that he had sent in the last 2 years to family, friends and colleagues.
Even after passing the file to the Prosecutor's Office of Serious Crimes on February 18, 2013, his records for the 6-month period before the murder were not even released; especially the 3 phone calls on the evening of October 24, 2011 with 3 different numbers, which brought the head of SHISH, Isa Çopa back to Porti Detar-Durra, from the apartment to the offices of SHISH and from there to the place where they burned him.
According to the data, 1 of the phone numbers turned out to belong to an important person in Durrës; confirmed by the Anti-Crime Police and the Prosecutor's Office of Durrës, while the other 2 numbers were unofficial numbers of a superior of SHISH Central and a colleague of SHISH in Durrës, who have strong ties with the filed businessman.
