After 10 years of inviolability of the chief international cocaine trafficker and tower builder, Ervin Luan Mata, due to strong ties with Prime Minister Edi Rama; SPAK and the Court were forced to prosecute him, at the behest of the US-EU partners, after they provided evidence of the "Metamorphosis" operation.
According to the conversations held in "SKY" with the Albanian network of cocaine trafficking and money laundering provided by it, Ervin Mata turned out to be the leader of the Albanian gang, often denounced by "Pamphlet", from 2018 until a few days before the publication of interceptions.

But according to the information that "Pamphlet" has provided from sources within the police; confirmed in the "FAST ALBANIA" structure that tracks wanted persons, it turns out that the head trafficker Ervin Luan Mata has not yet been declared an international wanted, while his brother-in-law Erladi Breçani has been declared wanted by "Interpol".
According to the law on wanted persons, Ervin Mata had to be searched within the country during the first 30 days after the court's decision, although the police knew from the "TIMS" system that he was not in Albania, as he had left a few days before he was given the measure of "prison arrest".
While in international search, like his brother-in-law Eraldi Breçani, Ervin Mata had to be announced on December 17, 2023, passing his name and data to the structure "Interpol-Tirana" and this to "Interpol".
Two months have passed since Ervin Mata's "Prison arrest" measure, and 1 month since the legal deadline for declaring him an international wanted man and forwarding his name to "Interpol"; but "Interpol Tirana" has not started the procedure yet, while SPAK, which knows this fact, is not reacting.
Who is obstructing the procedure for the search and arrest of the friend of Prime Minister Edi Rama?
Because the lack of action against the chief trafficker Ervin Mata is the same scheme that has been going on for 1 year, with the failure to search for the sponsor of Bablok's campaigns, the trafficker Trifon Murataj of "Bana King", who the police know is in Tirana and does not arrest him.
But even as Amant Josifi, the partner of Olsi Rama and Olta Xhaçka in the "Call Center" criminal network, was left silent and was not announced as wanted.
