The threads of Sadik and Idajet Ismailajt stretch from hydropower plants in partnership with oligarchs from Vladimir Putin's circle, to large road tenders, resorts in protected areas, towers in Tirana, vehicles to asphalt production, gambling equipment, hydraulic accessories, pipes, hydrocarbons, services in the gas field, etc.
Several officials and former officials of different levels, from ministers, directors and specialists, risk being charged by SPAK for a saga of suspected corrupt affairs, with the beneficiaries of the duo Sadik and Idajet Ismailaj.
Their name is associated with some of the most epic abuses of the last 10 years, some of which are being investigated by SPAK, such as the construction of the tower stadium, the railway concession or the construction of a tourist resort with Damian Gjiknuri's cousin inside the National Park of Butrint.

They control a cartel of companies with an address at the Air Albania stadium tower, while each of them has assigned themselves 85 million lek per month (170 million lek per month), about 2 million euros per year.
Octopus of companies and benefits
Sadik and Idajet Ismailaj are the owners of the company Motus, with administrator Elton Hoxha.
Through the company Motus they control the companies Finman and Prodev with administrators Elton Hoxha and Fesbian Myftari. Through the company Finman, Sadik and Idajet Ismailaj control the companies Alb - Star, Vibtis, IR, Arena S&P, AM Rentals, ASAB, Balkansca Finman, ANGS , AOS, Manastiri Resort, Fintrade, APM etc., all beneficiaries of concessions, tenders, permits for towers and resorts, in a suspicious way and to the detriment of the public interest.
100 million euro tender
Through the company Alb Star, with administrator Sokol Agalliu, the Ismailaj couple has benefited over 100 million euros from public tenders, with strong shadows of corruption and clientelism.
Over 60 million euros have benefited only from ARRSH and the Albanian Development Fund. Through the Alb Star company, Sadik and Idajet Ismailaj have received the dubious concession of railway transport on the Fier-Ballsh and Fier-Vlorë lines as well as several hydropower plants on the Shushicë River ( HEC Drashovice, HEC Kote, HEC Gjorm and HEC Brataj).
They appointed Ermira Pepaj as the administrator of the hydropower plants.
Partnership with Oleg Deripaska
Tek hidrocentralet, ortak me dyshen Ismailaj ka qenë oligarku rus Oleg Deripaska, pjesë e listës së zezë së Shteteve të Bashkuara të Amerikës, pasi është akuzuar nga inteligjenca amerikane për ndërhyrje në zgjedhjet e 2016, për llogari të Putinit.
Oleg Deripaska, i cili ka përfituar 20 milionë euro nga Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit, u zbulua se kishte paguar ish zyrtarin e lartë të FBI Charles McGonigal, për ta hequr nga lista e sanksioneve të SHBA. McGonigal, i dënuar nga drejtësia amerikane, bëri lëmsh politikën e Tiranës.
Me anë të kompanisë Alb – Star, Sadik e Idajet Ismailajt kontrollojnë kompanitë ALBRAIL, Space+ dhe Ecoclean.Space+, me administrator Fesbian Myftari, ka si objekt ushtrimin e veprimtarive të lojërave të fatit në kategorinë kazino në hotel me 5 yje, në bashkëpunim me disa çekë, në Hotel Marriott Tirana.
Ndërsa kompania Ecoclean, me administrator Elgerti Bixha, posedon vendburime nafte në Patos, përfituar në mënyrë klienteliste.
Me anë të kompanisë Finman, Sadik e Idajet Ismailajt kontrollojnë kompaninë Vibtis, me administrator Ardit Ismailaj.
Kompania Vibtis ka marrë vitet e fundit 33 tendera me vlerë 6 milionë euro nga Albpetrol, OST dhe disa bashki. Sipas një raporti të Kontrollit të Lartë të Shtetit, disa nga tenderat janë abuzivë dhe si të tillë duhet të jenë objekt hetimi nga SPAK-u.
Sadik dhe Idajet Ismailaj kontrollojnë edhe kompaninë e betonit ASAB, me administrator Sokol Agalliu, kompani e cila ka nisur të marrë tenderat e parë publikë për beton dhe rikonstruksion rrugësh.
Afera me stadiumin
Me anë të kompanisë, Arena S & P, me administratorë Gentjan Hoxha dhe Alket Xhemo, dyshja Ismailaj ndërtoi stadiumin Air Albania, duke marrë në kërmbim pronë publike në mes të Tiranës dhe ngritur kullën te stadiumi.
Për të shmangur tenderimin publik të projektimit dhe ndërtimit të stadiumit, i cili është pronë publike, Qeveria Rama dhe Federata Shqiptare e Futbollit krijuan një kompani private, Qendrën Sportive Kuqezi, në të cilën qeveria zotëron 25 për qind dhe FSHF 75 për qind të kuotave.
Pas kësaj, qeveria i “dha” stadiumin dhe truallin kompanisë Qendra Kuq e Zi, e cila qe pastaj e lirë të kontraktonte këdo që dëshironte për të projektuar dhe ndërtuar stadiumin, pa asnjë procedurë apo detyrim publik, duke qenë se ajo është ent privat juridik.
Pazari me sa duket ishte finalizuar, ndërsa arkitekti rezultoi i dënuar për korrupsion. Tenderi ndërkombëtar për “projektimin, prishjen, financimin dhe ndërtimin” e stadiumit iu dha kompanisë “Alb-Star”, ku u prish edhe fasada e stadiumit “Qemal Stafa’, monument kulture.
Prapaskena mëson se kjo është një nga aferat që po hetohet nga SPAK. Arkitektët e kësaj barbarie janë dyshja Ismailaj dhe Mirela Kumbaro.
Resort korruptiv në Parkun e Butrintit Me anë të kompanisë Manastiri Resort, Sadik dhe Idajet Ismailaj, po ndërtojnë një kompleks vilas në Gjirin e Manastirit, pjesë e Parkut Kombëtar të Butrintit, nga një bukuri natyrore tashmë është kthyer në kantier ndërtimi vilash luksozeve.
