If SPAK's true goal is to achieve justice, it must investigate corruption cases in the justice system, and one of the most flagrant cases is the case of Vlora judge Hektor Sinanaj.
Sinanaj has turned the court of Vlora into a commercial company and has placed the case at its door by committing hundreds of corruption cases. Undoubtedly, state institutions such as "ILDKPI", Veting, etc., which have favored judge Sinanaj, are also involved in this crime.
The judge of Vlora, Hektor Sinanaj, has many problems regarding the declaration of assets at the ILDKLPI, but he is involved in many corruption cases which he carried out with lawyers to whom he had rented premises, and a building around 600 m2 in front of the court.

One of the cases in which the judge was involved in corruption was the criminal case, with the Vlorë Prosecutor's Office as the petitioner and the former director of ASHK-Vlorë Ardian Musta, Helidon Gjikoka, etc. as defendants, these citizens were accused of stealing a hotel in Dhërmi, a case which was being judged by the corrupt judge Hektor Sinanaj.
The defendant Ardian Musta was represented by lawyer Fredi Xhoshi, who is also known as a friend of Judge Sinanaj's dirty work, and at the same time, Judge Sinanaj has a financial relationship with this lawyer because of the building without a permit that the judge uses as a nursery for corruption.
Judge Sinanaj, in exchange for money, postponed the hearing of the defendant Ardian Musta for about 11 months without conducting any hearing. This is proven by the documents that we are publishing, at the same time in the video, the lawyer Xhoshi is also seen coming down from the offices of Judge Sinanaj.
The normal question that arises is whether SPAK will investigate this affair and will they arrest Judge Matrapaz and AV. Freddy JOSHI?
