The documents that confirm the scandal with the licensing of the clinic where the 3-year-old child Brian Spahiu lost his life are revealed. The event happened on October 1, 2023, but it seems that Ina Xhaho stomatology offered dental services without a license. Even when the little one was operated on, she did not have a license, thus deepening the scandal.

"Pamphlet" has provided the documents proving how the clinic operated without a license. Immediately after the tragedy, Ina Xhaxho started to move, applying to the National Licensing Center for a license. With the decision of October 18, 2023, KKL rejected it. According to her, the applicant does not meet the licensing criteria.

It is also reported that on October 8, an inspection was carried out by the Health Inspectorate and it was found that the entity was operating without a license. For this reason, the clinic was fined. Mrs Xhaxho appealed, but the decision was upheld. There were also several other cases when the requests were rejected, a total of 5 other cases.

After that, she tried again and on October 31, the NLC provided her with a dental license. So the license was issued one month after the tragedy. The scandal here is that a child died at the hands of an unlicensed doctor and apart from a fine, there was no other measure. Even 1 month later, he is given a license to continue the activity normally. / Pamphlet
