As soon as the company was taken over by Klodian Allajbeu in 2020, so far it has received 24 tenders worth 2 million euros, while the market has been designed and closed to receive several tenders worth several million euros.

Ilda Tërshana ka qenë drejtoreshë në kompaninë “Evita” të Klodjan Allajbeun, përmes të cilës oligarku zotëron aksionet në shoqërinë koncesionare për shërbimin e Hemodializës, “DiaVita”.
Arbër Liçaj ka qenë inxhinier elektronik në Spitalin Amerikan të Klodjan Allajbeut, praktikisht një argat i Klodit.
Arbër Teqja, i arrestuar më parë për skema mashtrimi me rimbursimin e ilaçeve me farmacinë Express, është dora kryesore e Klod Allajbeut, me të cilin ka hapur një kartel kompanish farmaceotike si dhe për asgjësim të mbetjeve spitalore, duke marrë milionë euro tenderë klientelistë dhe në shumë raste duke mashtruar me zbatimin e kontratave.
