Strategic Minister Olta Xhaçka, for 5 years, has been keeping quiet the scandal of diplomatic passports that continue to be used by 6 members of the "Non Grata" mafia family of Tomë Doshi, former deputy and currently chairman of the Social Democratic Party who bought it from Skënder Gjinushi.
There is no doubt that the diplomatic passports of Tomë Doshi and his family are being left on the order of Prime Minister Edi Rama, but if there is a confrontation with the partners, he will come out and say: - I didn't know, the responsibility is the minister's Olta Xhčka.
According to the law and government decision no. 355, dated July 2, 1997, amended on June 20, 2021, only Olta Xhaçka bears the administrative and criminal responsibility, because this does not remove the diplomatic passports of the family of Tomë Doshi, nor the "non grata" family of Sali, Liri, Argita and Shkëlzen Berisha.
If Olta Xhaçka would have implemented the law, the government's decision and recommendation-agreement No. 49/10/2019 of the US-EU partners, mobster Tomë Doshi's passports should have been taken away 4 years ago, while his family members should not have been given them.
But Tomë Doshi was not removed, while according to information, his wife Xhovana Doshi and his 4 children Briana, James, Marcos and Luis Doshi, all "non grata" of Australian citizens, in March 2023 their diplomatic passports were renewed 5-year-old youth.
Even if Tomë Doshin allows VKM no. 355 because he is the chairman of the parliamentary party, Olta Xhaçka should have taken away his passport as early as October 2019 when he signed the recommendation-agreement with the US-EU counterparts, 1 and a half years after the declaration "non grata".
As for his 5 family members, he did not have to give them diplomatic passports, for 3 legal reasons: they are over 18 years old; for more than 2 years, their father is a member of parliament and they are "non grata" persons.
But the strategic minister, Olta Xhaçka, is not taking away his diplomatic passports, even now that the Supreme Anti-Crime Intelligence Agency of Australia and "de facto" England have put him in the "red circle" as a family, filed with evidence such as " the head" of a structured group for immigrant trafficking with false documents, drug trafficking, money laundering, etc.
Even Australia's Supreme Anti-Crime Intelligence Agency has found and declared that Tomë Doshi is in alliance with Prime Minister Edi Rama's party, is his friend with strong ties and financial-economic benefits from the government.
Albanians have known this for years, a fact that is enough to understand why Tomë Doshi and his 5 "non grata" family members are not stripped of their diplomatic passports, putting them in the same status as the president, the speaker of the Assembly and the prime minister./ Pamphlet
