The evidence that the police hid at the scene of the violence and the attempts of the government media to hide the connections between Linda of the Parliament and Martin Nikolli of the Guard

While on July 31 they minimized it to the point of fraud, as if Martin Nikolli was "a backup driver when the driver was absent and allegedly did not serve Lindita Nikolla for even 1 day; but these frauds have only one purpose: to hide the real official and private connections and the dirty work that Martin Nikolli has done in the name of Lindita Nikolla, ordered, known and allowed by her.
But some truths that "Pamphlet" has discovered from documents and confidential sources within the Guard of the Republic and the Presidency of the Assembly, prove that Martin Nikolli is too trusted by Lindita Nikolla and is involved in many dirty jobs in her name and knowledge.
- For example, Lindita Nikolla's chief bandit was her bodyguard in 2013-2017. Until September 2021, he was Erjon Braçe's escort officer with a salary of 740,000 lek, then he was promoted to Troop Management Officer with a monthly salary of 1.1 million lek, of the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, personally requested by her.
- Martin Nikolli was not Lindita Nikolla's backup driver, but the first companion and family driver, who used her 3 official cars: "Benz S350L", "Benz ML 350" and "Benz S560".
- On the day of the violence, Martin Nikolli was in the car "Mercedes-Benz S560" of the Speaker of the Assembly, which was used by him as a private car and boasted the logo: "Speaker of the Assembly".
- The police did not reflect as evidence in the surveillance report no. 156/1, the fact that in this car of Lindita Nikolla, found at the scene of the violence, 1 automatic "MP5" (9x19 millimeter) was found, without an order for use by the Guard as personal or collective weaponry of the accompanying troop.
- The police did not reflect in the report, nor the fact that the pistol of Martin Nikolli, with which he shot at the "Kaçi" family, appears to have been delivered to the Guard's armory as early as July 20, 2023, when the chief bandit of the parliamentary chief had started the annual permit, but the gun was in his belt, so the register of weapons in use was falsified.

Më 23 dhjetor 2022, SHISH i ka dërguar një informacion paralel ministrit Bledar Çuçi dhe drejtorit Muhamet Rrumbullaku, për një konflikt dhune me pasoja të pritshme, të nxitur dhe drejtuar nga shefi i shoqërimit të Kryetares së Kuvendit, Oficer Martin Nikolli dhe familja e tij, kundër familjes Kaçi në Hamallaj.
Gjatë muajve janar-maj 2023, pas çdo provokimi e kërcënimi nga oficeri i Gardës, Martin Nikolli, familja Kaçi ka njoftuar 8 herë policinë dhe 7 herë Prokurorinë e Durrësit, 4 herë Bablokun, 2 herë Kreun e Gardës së Republikës dhe 6 herë Lindita Nikollën.

There is evidence of land occupation by Martin Nikolli in Hamallaj and Himare; unauthorized constructions; monthly salary of 1000 Euros that he extorted from businesses as a strongman of power; drug parcels in Pukë, Krujë and Mirdita, etc., as a continuation of the accusation that Ben Blushi made to Lindita on March 23, 20217 in parliament, saying: - "You and your bodyguard, ask for 3000 Euros for 1 job in education" . / Pamphlet
