On March 31, 2022, the mobile phone company "ONE Albania" and on December 22, 2022, the company "Albtelecom", merging it into "ONE Albania" with the approval of the Albanian government, became the property of the Hungarian Gellért Zoltán Jászai, a friend of Prime Minister Viktor Orban and manager, director and partner in 11 firms owned by Russian oligarchs that are on the US blacklist.
But in Albania, Gellért Zoltán Jászai has also bought the Bank "OTP Albania", within which, the Ministry of Finance and the State Bank, have included the Albanian Financial Exchange as its license.
While according to the information available to the "Pamphlet" sourced from the Ministry of Finance, Prime Minister Edi Rama, as a close friend of interests with the Hungarian Gellért Zoltán Jászai of "ONE Albania", has considered making his bank "OTP" part of KESH in the form Shadow PPP, as a bank for allegedly supporting financial operations in investments with the energy market.
But since the Hungarian is an international exemplar of economic fraud, fiscal evasion, illegal offshore transfers and money laundering, he has started to take self-defense measures in the face of justice and anti-crime in Albania, becoming a leading part of the businesses of his family members of the governors.
