Rexhe Byberi of Tropoja Municipality seems to have no intention of giving up theft. Even though SPAK has opened the files of affairs in this municipality, Byberi continues to blatantly steal without batting an eye.
In addition to giving all the tenders to his uncle's son, this time Byberi has tendered 12,500,000 lek of fuel, despite the violations that were found by the High State Control in the 2023 audit, on fuel abuses, where most of his was not justified, the mayor of Tropoja continues with the same abuse.
But Rexhe Byberi is not satisfied with that. Only for the month of April 2024, he paid 10 million ALL per diems for travel and accommodation expenses from the municipality's budget. Where were the employees of Tropoja Municipality spending 10 million allek for one month, a poor municipality with a great lack of services such as wood supply for schools, cleaning tools, energy, etc., manages to spend 10 million allek in one month. It is known that the president and the people around him benefit from these diets, even without going anywhere they are receiving fictitious diets.
So it seems that Rexhe Byberi is openly challenging SPAK. If the prosecutors do not take measures as soon as possible and put him in a cell with his other colleagues, the crime seems to continue. / Pamphlet
