The scandal with the Magistrate's exam deepens. Although the justice system was reformed to remove the corrupt and poplars, some other "poplars" are being introduced.
Arben Rakipi has messed up the winners' lists for 3 days and the reason is clear. The final list of winners was published yesterday and if we look at the names, it turns out that most of them are connected to the government. It is enough to enter each name in Google and it turns out that they are employees in ministries, directorates or inspectorates. One name worked at the Ministry of Justice, another at ATSH, one at the State Inspectorate, one at UKT, another is the daughter of a senior leader of the State Police, etc.
For ethical reasons, we are not releasing the names, but the list is public and anyone can do a simple internet search and find out that all the winners are connected to power.
But how did Arben Rakipi manipulate the lists?
After the exam was held, there were complaints from students about wrongly correcting the tests. It was then told that there was a problem with the scantron device that handles the correction and a second re-correction was done.
Initially 79 people were announced in the first phase, after the fault was billed to 'scanton', the list for the second phase went to 121 winners, and recently the list of 131 names that will go to the exam the next day came out.
So the list was changed three times adding over 50 additional people. Almost all of them are people connected to the government, to the administration, and moreover hold positions or have parents who are high officials. Meanwhile, those who really worked hard and sweated were left out.
So it seems clear that the new justice is ending like that of poplars. We removed the corrupt from the door, but their children and the children of politicians, ministers or deputies are entering through the window. / Pamphlet
