"Pamphlet" denounced the scandal, that with Decision No. 600, dated 18.10.2023, Edi Rama made the USA-EU a mess, introducing the thief Ilir Beqja, in the negotiation committee with the EU, when he should have been in prison together with his subordinates, as the "head" of about surgical equipment.
In order to introduce Ilir Beqje into this structure, Babloku dismissed Romina Kuko, Deputy Minister of the Interior and chairperson of the Municipal Council of Tirana; which was appointed to the negotiation group, with the preferential recommendation of the EU Ambassador in Albania, Luigi Soreca.
Within the SP of the government, it was said that Edi Rama added this technical-diplomatic task to Ilir Beqje, that on top of the 2 million lek monthly salary as Director of Donations at the Prime Minister, he would add another 5 million lek per month and frequent trips abroad state and diet.
It was said that with the task as the head of the negotiating group, Babloku also clothed Ilir Beqje with controlling power over ministers, heads of institutions and agencies; who, according to the law, must report to him on confidential matters with negotiations.
But Babloku deliberately did not announce in the government's decision, for which Chapter of Negotiations Ilir Beqja was appointed chairman, but this is learned from VKM No. 422, dated 6.5.2020 "On the appointment of the leaders of the groups for the 35 chapters of negotiations", where it is stated that the Deputy Minister of the Interior, Romina Kuko, led the issues of Chapter No. 24.
10 days ago, the chairman of the group that will deal with the issues of Chapter No. 24 of the negotiations, the chief thief Ilir Beqja was appointed; but the topics of this chapter create conviction that Bablok has appointed him with forethought, for other jobs related to their atrocities during the 10 years in power.
According to the EU platform, Chapter No. 24 of the Negotiations, includes these sectors: national security, border control, visa traffic, immigration, asylum of foreigners, police, justice institutions, state secret service, anti-mafia agencies, the fight against organized crime and corruption, terrorism, traffic, money laundering, tax and customs sector.
According to the criterion of final form, which the Council of Europe has decided in the division of chapters for negotiations, the issues of Chapter No. 24 of the negotiations, should be directed only by the Ministry of the Interior, as the central institution of national security and the fight against organized crime.
But in violation of the EU criteria, Prime Minister Edi Rama decided to let Ilir Beqja lead the negotiation group for national security, border control, police, justice, secret service, anti-mafia agencies, the fight against trafficking, corruption, money laundering, etc.
According to Point no. 9 of VKM no. 422, dated 6.5.2020, with the post as head of the negotiating group for security and justice issues, Ilir Beqja has the right to receive any secret information from the Ministry of the Interior, the Police, the Army, SHISH, SPAK, the Courts, the Prosecutor's Office, the Directorate of Classified Information and Anti-Money Laundering, Customs and other agencies.
