Actually, Minister Taulant Balla has started the self-purification of the police with suspensions, dismissals, exclusions and arrests of officers and managers; but still at a low level, without yet climbing to the eternal "wolves" of the leadership dome, while the opportunity for the removal of those caught in the crime is vetting started, but blocked again
The vetting process in the state police, although it entered into force and started in March 2018, has stalled after the verification of 12 senior managers, deliberately dragging it out with legal changes every 6 months, until November 2022 they left it in charge of the Police Supervision Agency.
On April 10, 2023, the former Director of AMP, Ardi Veliu, announced with a list of names that the vetting process had started for 380 senior managers in the General Directorate of Police, in district directorates, police stations, Guard, Academy and special structures. .
While on October 15, 2023, the Ministry of the Interior, the Police Directorate and the Police Supervision Agency, announced that within October 2023, the name list would be published, with the results of the vetting for 34 police leaders who would stay, or be dismissed from the police.
But this time too, according to the information received in the "Pamphlet", the vetting process has been blocked on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, after the proposal from the Police Surveillance Agency, with the acceptance of the director Muhamet Rrumbullaku and the approval of the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla .
So, the result of the vetting for the 34 first and senior leaders of the police will not be published within the month of October, using as a reason the "sudden" resignation of the Director of the Police Supervision Agency, Ardi Veliu.
This is the alibi used this time, to block the vetting of the police leaders again; because the real reason is this: 26 out of 34 leaders investigated, they came out with numerous and illegal assets, they also came out in wiretapping for connections with crime figures, directly involved in criminal activity and with many serious denunciations from citizens .
In order to hide the involvement of the police dome in corruption and in relation to crime and wealth benefited from these connections, it was decided not to publish the names, because it will be a strong blow to the police organization in the eyes of Albanians and international partners.
In reality, Minister Taulant Balla has started self-cleansing with suspensions, dismissals, exclusions and arrests of officials and leaders; but still at a low level, without yet climbing to the eternal "wolves" of the leadership dome, while the opportunity for the removal of those caught in the crime is vetting started, but blocked again.
It is understandable that the top leaders of the police dome from the center, in special structures, in districts and prefectures, have been appointed by the dome of the government, the politics of the oligarchs; and therefore, links of interests and mutual client services have been created between them.
One of these interests is the non-removal of the incriminated, by not vetting them, or the blocking of the vetting for them, when the investigations reveal violence.
As is being done with the decisions for the 34 leaders of the first vetting list, which were decided not to be published within the month of October, leaving them in office, they should be fired by the police and brought to justice. In the following we will publish their names./ Pamphlet
