According to the information, SPAK, in cooperation with taxes, banks and the Seized Assets Agency of the Ministry of the Interior, has started the procedures for blocking the activity of the company "Bana-King", seizing its assets and that of the trafficker owner Trifon Murataj.
In the seizure list are 33 real estates, among them 3 warehouses, 9 apartments, 16 sales units, 3 villas, arable land, land, 5 cars for personal use and 113 cars of the "Bana King" company, whose preliminary value is 16.3 million Euros.
During the identification of the assets, it turns out that the trafficker Trifon Murataj transferred 11 of them to his associate, the trafficker Arben Isufi, known as "Ben Qimja" of Fier.
For these two, the DEA has sent frequent information to SPAK, the Police and the General Prosecutor's Office, that together in the years 2014-2022, they brought into Albania and stored in Fier and Tirana, loads of cocaine brought from Ecuador with containers of "Bana King".
But the Albanian services have not acted, and have even allowed drugs to be introduced until November 2023, because a percentage of the drug income of "Bana King" was given as reward checks to the heads of power, the police and justice not to act.
