The Constitutional Court made a very important decision at the end of 2024, legitimizing the interception of SKY Ecc.
Pellumb Gjoka (and many others hidden behind him) requested that the files received by Belgian, French or Dutch authorities should not be considered as evidence. However, the Constitutional Court rejected his request, which means that the conversations can be part of the files that SPAK sends to the court.
But now the question is: Will SPAK go to the Politkans who appear there?
Until now, thanks to the conversations on "Sky Ecc", several criminal groups have been hit in the country, the latest being Suel Çela's clan. But from among the politicians, the only one arrested is the former MP Jurgis Çyrbja, who turned out to be part of the gangs in Shijak.
But according to information, many other names appear in the conversations. There have been ministers, former ministers, MPs, former MPs, judges, prosecutors, businessmen, mayors and other important people who have used encrypted phones. In some other cases, many names are mentioned by the third party, that is, in the conversations that take place between people of criminal groups.
Even in the case of Elbasan, it is suspected that there were political people who used to go to bidets, but SPAK shared the file. The same in some other cases. Even recently, it is said that there are more than 100 people of justice and the police who risk handcuffs because of Sky Ecc. It remains to be seen if the prosecutors will hit the highest levels and expose the politicians who cooperate with the gangs. / Pamphlet
