The facts show that for the offshore Albanian oil concession, it is not the government that controls and taxes the "Bankers" company, but the Chinese mobsters, who continue to steal this wealth of billions with false annual balances, and in exchange for bribes they force the dome of power to keep quiet and allow thefts.
For 20 years, the company "Bankers" reports 80% of the total production of oil extracted in Albania, but declares that it comes out with minimal losses or profits, so as not to pay its obligations to the state, while taxes accept frauds by order of the heads of the government .
But the Chinese mobsters of the "Bankers" company, in addition to the heads of the government and taxes, in order to draw up false balances and hide the thefts, have entangled them with family members of the heads of justice, specifically with the dome of the General Prosecutor's Office.
The documents that "Pamphlet" is publishing prove that the audits and certifications of the balance sheets of the company "Bankers" for the years 2019-2023 were done by the company "LEAL Auditing Sh.pk", owned by Leze and Eda Abazi, the wife and daughter of the Secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office, Luan Abazi.
These have produced the annual balances of the company "Bankers" with 30 thousand, 41 thousand, 45 thousand and 70 thousand Euro profit, as if the giant "Bankers" is a kiosk "Physical Person", and not a concessionaire in the register of VIP subjects, which extracts and exports an average of 1.2 million tons of oil per year.
As long as the government is allowing it to cheat with the balances and not pay any fiscal obligations; but it is not accidental that the audit and certification of the balances of the "Bankers" company is done by the wife and daughter of the General Secretary of the General Prosecutor's Office.
Babloku, if he has not 'eaten pears' from the "Bankers" mafia, should not close the Chinese Tik-Tok, with which even the governments are lazy, but should remove their concession and remove the Chinese of this company, who are stealing from Albania 350-400 million Euros of oil per year, at a time when DASH has also asked him to leave.
