"The president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is enabling Russia to recruit mercenaries from Serbia in order to kill Ukrainians."
This is what the lawyer from Belgrade, Cedomir Stojkovic, said on Twitter, adding that so far hundreds of Serbs, from Serbia and Republika Srpska, have become part of Russian military units.
Stojkovic claims that the Serbian Security and Information Agency (BIA) is encouraging and hindering recruitment by Kremlin forces
"BIA's duty is to prevent recruitment for the Russian Army, both through counterintelligence and criminal-operational actions. But it does not prevent her, on the contrary, she is encouraging this with her behavior. The head of the BIA is Aleksandar Vulin, Aleksandar Vucic's closest collaborator and his loyal executor," he emphasized.
According to the lawyer, Vucic, together with Milorad Dodik, are encouraging the Serbs of Republika Srpska to be recruited alongside the Russian army.
"Aleksandar Vučić invites Milorad Dodik to all political events, such as the inauguration of the stadium in Leskovc, and he encourages Serbs from Republika Srpska to be recruited into the Russian Army to kill Ukrainians on their soil," he added.
