The situation also escalated in strategic sea routes.

Iran has launched a new wave of missile attacks in the region, according to local media reports, as the military clash with Israel and its allies widens.

Iranian authorities have said they will increase the use of advanced weapons, mainly ballistic missiles and other systems with greater destructive power. At the same time, Iranian forces have continued missile and drone attacks on Israel and several Gulf states.

The situation has also escalated in strategic sea lanes. Tehran has closed the Strait of Hormuz, a maritime corridor through which about a fifth of global oil trade passes. In parallel, American and Israeli warplanes have carried out strikes on military targets and infrastructure in Iranian territory.

Explosions were also heard over Jerusalem. The Israeli military reported that it had identified missiles fired from Iran towards Israeli territory.

Clashes have also affected southern Lebanon. A United Nations peacekeeping mission position was hit near the Mays el Jabal area. The attack caused a fire at the base and lightly injured a staff member who was moving towards shelter. The mission has launched an investigation into the incident.

At the same time, an Iranian news agency called on residents of the United Arab Emirates to immediately leave areas near Jebel Ali Port in Dubai, Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi, and Fujairah Port, saying these areas could become targets due to the presence of US military forces near civilian installations.

Recent developments indicate an escalation of military tensions on several Middle Eastern fronts and the risk of further regional involvement.
