Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared that modern Russian weapons are superior to those of NATO, while the Russian defense industry is increasing the volume of supplies.
According to him, the products of the Russian defense industry are in high demand abroad and exceed in capacity those of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance, Tass reports.
"If you compare the modern weapons of NATO and the weapons of the last period of the Soviet era, we have them more effective ," Putin said, clarifying that he was mainly referring to the technology of missiles, armored vehicles and all the weapons used in the battlefield.

Even with the 50 billion euro fund received from the EU, Ukraine will find it extremely difficult to cope with the war in Ukraine. If the bipartisan system in the US fails to approve the aid, it will give Putin the opportunity to negotiate a peace deal on its own terms.
