US President Joe Biden held a phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this Sunday, according to a senior White House official.
The focus of the conversation is said to have been Ukraine's counter-offensive and the steadfast support of the USA. It is also learned that the recent events that took place in Russia were also discussed.
The phone conversation was confirmed by Zelensky himself, who announced in a tweet that they "discussed the course of hostilities and the processes taking place in Russia".
" The world must put pressure on Russia until international order is restored ," Zelensky wrote, among other things, in his post.
