Britain and Germany strongly condemn Iran's attacks: The situation should not escalate!

Great Britain and Germany have strongly condemned the Iranian attacks on Israel.

The UK "totally condemns Iran's attacks", Downing Street said, reiterating calls for de-escalation across the region.

It is learned that this evening more calls are expected between Sir Keir Starmer and EU leaders. The prime minister had a telephone conversation with his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu, reports Sky News.

The Prime Minister of Britain also talked with the King of Jordan. Also, Germany has condemned the launch of missiles by Iran.
