Iranian state television has claimed that 80% of the nearly 200 rockets fired at Israel hit their targets tonight.
However, the Israel Defense Forces said they were "not aware" of any injuries from the attack, which was launched in the last few hours.
Additionally, a spokesman for Magen David Adom - Israel's emergency response service - said there were "no reports of injuries from fire directed at Israel".
This is with the exception of "two minor injuries from cuts in the Tel Aviv area and some minor injuries throughout the country during the movement to safe spaces, as well as cases of anxiety."
Israeli air defenses - the so-called Iron Dome - have intercepted a large number of ballistic missiles.
Syrian military sources said Israeli air defenses also shot down dozens of rockets that flew over southern Syria.
