Hassan Nasrallah, "sold out" by Iran or is the Israeli service

The information on the whereabouts of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah that led to his "neutralization" on Friday afternoon was allegedly given to Israel by an Iranian spy.

This is what the French newspaper Le Parisien reported, citing a Lebanese source, and that was enough to "blow the fire" in the Middle East.

Nasrallah was killed during a massive Israeli strike targeting Hezbollah's command headquarters in the southern suburbs of Beirut. According to the French media, the "Iranian spy", whose identity was not revealed, was the one who informed the IDF of Nasrallah's arrival at the headquarters, before he was targeted and the execution of the "New Order" plan by the air force began.

The report said Nasrallah arrived in the southern suburbs of Beirut in the same car used by the deputy commander of Iran's Revolutionary Guards Quds Force, Abbas Nilforoushan, who was killed in the same attack.

The French newspaper also confirmed that the meeting attended by Nasrallah and Nilforoushan included 12 senior Hezbollah officials, adding that Israel was waiting for the start of the Hezbollah leader's meeting with the organization's commanders to carry out the final blow.

Meanwhile, the tragic images from the neighborhood that was destroyed on Friday in Beirut were transmitted through a post on Twitter by a correspondent of the Belgian media VTM News.

Robin Ramaekers reports that over 100 people may still be trapped under the rubble of what appears to be a volcanic site. There are no rescue teams in the area, while the general feeling is that "Iran has abandoned us".
