US President Donald Trump has declared that the US has destroyed Iran's navy, air force, and anti-aircraft weapons. He added that about 80 percent of Iran's missile production facilities have been destroyed.
" They have very little left. They have some missiles, a small percentage," he said, speaking to reporters in the Oval Office.
Trump reiterated that Iran will not have nuclear weapons. Continuing his comments in the Oval Office, the US President said that Iran has come a long way in negotiations.
" They know that and almost everyone else knows that. Iran just has to say we surrender. The question is whether they will go far enough or not. There will never be a deal if they don't agree that there will be no nuclear weapons ," Trump said.
He went on to call the US blockade of Iranian ports "brilliant" and infallible.
"Iran should call uncle, that's all they have to do. Just say, 'We surrender,' " Trump concluded.
