A father of 2 children has recounted the tragic moment when he lost contact with his wife and daughters. He suspects that his loved ones have been taken hostage by Hamas.
Yoni Asher's wife, Doron, and their children, 5-year-old Raz and 3-year-old Aviv, were staying with relatives near the Gaza border.
"On Saturday, around 10:30 in the morning, I spoke to my wife for the last time on the cell phone. She told me that terrorists from Hamas had entered the house. They were in the room and then the call was disconnected," he says.
His worst fear was confirmed later that day when he saw a video of people being loaded into the back of a truck.
"In the video I recognized my wife and two daughters, my two little daughters. I don't know in what conditions they are being kept, but you know, the situation is getting worse", Yon Asheri confesses.
