A devastating earthquake struck Myanmar and Thailand.
The 7.7 magnitude earthquake is considered 300 times more powerful than the 2016 Amatrice earthquake in Italy and 8 times stronger than the strongest earthquake ever recorded in Italy, the 7.1 magnitude Messina earthquake in 1908.
Meanwhile, dramatic images have been released, showing swimming pools installed on terraces bursting from multi-story buildings, as water sweeps away everything.
The fate of the people running to escape is still unknown.
The earthquake that struck may have caused between 1,000 and 10,000 deaths, while rescue teams continue to search under the rubble.
