The Simpsons has become known over the years as an animated series that predicts the future with a series of events that hit the mark, and it looks like they've done it again with Kamala Harris.
An episode of the series that aired in 2000 apparently predicted even more details about what may soon be real events. In the episode "Bart to the Future", Lisa Simpson becomes president and wears a purple suit and pearls that are strikingly similar to the one Kamala Harris wore when she was inaugurated as vice president.

Screenwriter Al Jean posted the comparison on social media Sunday, shortly after Biden announced he would drop out of the presidential race.
"The 'Simpsons' preview, so proud to be a part of it," Jean wrote, sharing side-by-side photos of Lisa and Harris wearing strikingly similar outfits.

Perhaps the most "scary" part of the episode is that Lisa succeeded Donald Trump as president, and the episode also famously predicted a Trump presidency.
The episode is set in 2030 and Lisa describes herself as "America's first equal female president", inheriting "a fair amount of budget cuts from President Trump". Dan Greaney, who wrote the episode, said in a 2016 interview that he envisioned the plot as "a warning to America."
Several other social media users over the weekend noted this "prediction," with one person writing: "The Simpsons as prophets has become one of the most enduring mysteries of our time."/ GazetaExperss
