Reuters journalist Issam Abdallah was killed by an Israeli airstrike in southern Lebanon, while 6 others were wounded.
Among them a correspondent and a photographer from Al Jazeera. Al Jazeera reported that the attack led to the injuries of colleagues Carmen Ghaddar and Eli Barakat when their vehicle was attacked.
According to witnesses, a shell fell on a group of international journalists covering clashes on the Israeli-Lebanese border.
Some were taken to hospital by ambulance. The shelling occurred during an exchange of fire along the Lebanon-Israel border between Israeli troops and members of the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah. The situation still remains chaotic, with Israeli attacks continuing on all sides!
