Stefania Nobile, the daughter of Wanna Marchi, known as the "queen of telemarketing", and Davide Lacerenza, her former partner and owner of Gintoneria, a VIP bar in Milan, have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Police Unit of the Guardia di Finanza.
According to investigations led by the Prosecutor's Office, they, along with Davide Ariganello, who has also been under house arrest since this morning, are suspected of leading a group of girls who practiced prostitution and distributed drugs, according to Corriere.
In the investigation documents that led to Stefania Nobile's arrest, there is the testimony of a businessman who, from 2020 to 2023, "spent over 640 thousand euros on the services provided by Davide Lacerenza". He has indicated that he began "using the services" of Lacerenza, "first going to Gintoneria and then taking bottles of champagne home from Gintoneria, together with girls who practiced prostitution".
The businessman explained that the price of the champagne was paid for Lacerenza, while the sexual service was paid directly to the girls; Lacerenza also sent cocaine, which was consumed by the client, the escorts and Lacerenza himself when he stayed. The witness described the prices: "The price of the complete package could vary from three thousand to ten thousand euros per night."
Technical investigations, according to the order issued, have confirmed his statements "showing, among other things, that the distributions of champagne, escorts and drugs were physically carried out by Davide Ariganello following orders received by Lacerenza from clients."
The charges against Wanna Marchi's daughter, her ex-partner and Davide Ariganello are: money laundering, prostitution, exploitation of prostitution and possession and distribution of drugs.
The Guardia di Finanza has seized over 900 thousand euros, which are suspected of being illegally obtained.
The Guardia di Finanza has also seized the Gintoneria, located in via Napo Torriani, near the Central Station. According to investigators, in addition to serving drinks and some food, they also offered drugs and the opportunity to use sexual services from escorts, providing illegal income to launder money.
In the intercepted conversations "the dominant role of Nobile is discernible", who, thanks to recent profits from illegal activities, rents a Lamborghini for her own use.
For Judge Di Fazio, Lacerenza has shown himself to be "quite treacherous, following a lifestyle above the rules, characterized by impatience to respect criminal norms, and of course this is compounded by the excessive use of narcotic substances."
Even though he already knew that an investigation was underway against him, on January 31, he filmed a video with a well-known YouTuber inside Gintoneria, while consuming drugs and hanging out with young girls in short dresses.
A minor girl was also involved in the prostitution activity, for whom, as well as for others, Lacerenza offered and sold narcotic substances.
In the intercepted conversations, Nobile's fear of law enforcement is evident:
"You understand what Davide? Can we continue like this? That's it, at any moment they will come, so I'm not sleeping, I sleep for half an hour and I wake up, because I know they will come, but even Jack (referring to an unidentified officer) has hinted to me."
"I've already been to prison, he (Lacerenza) laughs and enjoys himself, but he wasn't there, he'll commit suicide after two hours in prison!" she says.
