The unsaid of the Vucic-Stoltenberg meeting

At the height of the electoral campaign for the parliamentary elections in Serbia, the head of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, informed Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic that the West is fully aware of all the activities of the Serbian secret service BIA, not only in the event of Banjska in Kosovo.

The Serbian media, which are not contaminated by the propaganda of Aleksandar Vučić's regime, make this known. 'Danas', a moderate newspaper, states that during the meeting between the head of the North Atlantic Alliance and the Serbian President, the issue of the man whom the USA has declared Non Grata, Alexander Vulin, was discussed in detail.
Vulin, Vučić's closest confidant, since his party came to power in 2013, has held the positions of Minister of Defense, Minister of the Interior and most recently the head of the Serbian BIA. In all roles, he has managed a close relationship with Russian espionage, namely with the FSB but also with Nikolai Petrushev, who is today the main man in the Kremlin and head of the Russian secret services.
The British secret service, the American CIA and the German BND have deposited in NATO an entire book of Russian activity in Serbia, where the activity from Niš has been moved to the border with Kosovo.
It has even been discovered with clear evidence that the people who trained Radojčič's group are the instructors who worked in the so-called Humanitarian Base of Nis, and who are officers of the Wagner troops.
The release of these evidences has caused strong reactions, which have also brought a serious threat to Aleksandar Vucic.
The loyal man of Vladimir Putin, the president of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, issued a warning to his Serbian counterpart with the words: "don't wag your tail".
As the Podgorica newspaper "Antenam" reports, which refers to the Russian agency RIA Novosti, Llukashenko issued an ultimatum to Belgrade.
Lukashenko today appointed new ambassadors to China, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Serbia and Indonesia, as well as the consul general in Mumbai and held a meeting with them.
Ambassador of Belarus to the Republic of Serbia and at the same time to the Republic of North Macedonia, Sergej Malinovskij, who was previously the head of the main Department for information and analytical issues in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been appointed.
In this meeting, Llukashenko stated: "It is necessary to understand the policy that Serbia wants to follow in relation to Belarus. If they want, then there should be results in trade and economic relations. If they want to 'wag their tail' and support European and American sanctions against Belarus, that's their job, let them determine and support if they have forgotten the good things we have done for them," said Lukashenko.
And this statement was immediately posted on the Prvi telegram channel, which is close to the press service of the president.
Meanwhile, as "Danas" of Belgrade informs, what went public between Vucic and Stoltenberg was more of a show with an agreement. Where the head of NATO made public the main message of the West towards Serbia, while Aleksandar Vučić maintained a stance of 'strong', supposedly protecting sovereignty.
The essence here was that NATO has asked, the Serbian army to reduce its bases around Kosovo, so that no military activity is prepared there against a country that is guarded by the troops of the North Atlantic Alliance.
As it is known, the head of NATO has made it clear to the Serbian president that according to the Kumanovo Agreement, there should be no military activity either strategic or tactical against Kosovo. Serbia has 38 military bases along the entire length of its border with the Republic of Kosovo. All of them were barracks of the former Yugoslav army, moved to protect the territory of Serbia in a possible conflict with Albania and the Albanians of Kosovo. After the fall of Yugoslavia, Serbia turned these bases into units and weapons depots for punitive troops based on the infamous "Horseshoe" plan for ethnic cleansing in Kosovo. With the liberation of Kosovo, these turned into military units of elite rapid intervention contingents. Which do not function as border patrollers. Most of them are units of gendarmerie, landing troops, while some others are artillery batteries with medium and long range, and almost half are huge warehouses of weapons and training for the "volunteer" troops of Kosovo Serbs.
It is learned that NATO has urgently asked Serbia to finally stop the plan of creating paramilitary units, while it has informed them that there is no problem for the alliance if the regular army of Serbia grows, trains, strengthens or mobilizes.
Stoltenberg has stated to Vučić that NATO has no problem with any capacity increase as: KFOR will continue to guarantee a peaceful environment and we will not allow anyone to disrupt this".
Meanwhile, he asked Vučič that all the people who attacked KFOR in the north of Kosovo and who are hiding in Serbia should be brought to justice.
"We welcome the fact that Serbia is ready to cooperate in this. After the September incident, we have increased our presence and this shows that we are ready to keep the peace. I expect both sides to refrain from escalating the proceedings. I told President Vučić that gathering the Serbian army near the administrative line would not help," said Stoltenberg./Pamphlet
