Tiffin Ozier, 41, Brigitte Macron's daughter from her first marriage to André-Louis Ozier, said she felt compelled to testify in the trial of ten people accused of online harassment of the French First Lady. The defendants are accused of spreading false and "malicious" accusations about the gender and sexuality of the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron.

"Not a week goes by that she isn't harassed. No one in her professional or personal circle avoids mentioning these allegations," Ozier said, describing how her mother now lives in constant fear and anxiety.

As she said, Brigitte Macron pays attention to every detail of her appearance, even the way she moves in public, for fear that any image of her could be "misinterpreted" and used against her online.

The First Lady's daughter noted that her psychological condition has deteriorated significantly, which is also confirmed by medical reports.

“She reads the comments that are posted, but she doesn’t want to see them anymore,” she added. At the same time, she revealed that the case has also deeply affected the rest of the family, saying that her mother “is devastated that her grandchildren are hearing what is being said” and that “she doesn’t know how to stop it.”

The case is related to a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Macron's lawyer in August 2024 for cyberbullying, which led to two waves of arrests in February and March 2025. Prosecutors identified posts that questioned the First Lady's gender and sexuality, while in some cases her age difference with President Macron was described as "pedophilia."

Eight men and two women, aged 41 to 60, include an elected official, a gallery owner, an IT specialist, a teacher, a property manager and a businessman.

One of the defendants is 41-year-old advertiser Aurélien Poirson-Atlan, known online by the pseudonym “Zoé Sagan,” whose account on the X platform has already been suspended. If convicted, the defendants face up to two years in prison.
