Hamas spokesman Osama Hamdan has rejected Israel's claims that Hamas was stockpiling weapons under Sheikh Hamad Hospital in Gaza.
He denies this, saying the holes Israel claimed were entrances to underground tunnels were not being used by Hamas.
It also calls on the UN to inspect hospitals in Gaza to observe Israeli "war crimes" and to see that there is no presence of Hamas soldiers inside them.
He flashed a picture on a screen next to him with the caption "Gaza Holocaust", before claiming that Israel has deliberately targeted Gazan civilians, destroying an estimated 250,000 homes in the process.
" The invading army is targeting... women and children in the open, on the streets ," he said.
He also stated that leaflets were distributed by Israel to Gaza civilians telling them to evacuate in order to get them out of their homes and make them easier targets.
