Former President Donald Trump has had family support during his time in the White House and his current campaign. But in addition to Trump's granddaughter Maria, another family member, Trump's nephew Fred Trump III, said he will not vote for her.
"Every family has its crazy uncle. My uncle Donald is crazy,' Fred Trump told ABC News.
"I believe in politics. And without question, Kamala Harris' policies are the ones I support, so I will vote for Kamala Harris. If they ask me, I will agree to be part of her campaign without hesitation", he added.
Harris' campaign team appeared to be aware of the offer, sharing a video on social media.
Fred Trump has also accused his uncle of saying that children with disabilities "just have to die" and that he is a racist.
Of course, Trump has denied the accusations.
But Trump's nephew is not the first to criticize him.
Mary Trump harshly criticized her uncle, the former president, in 2020. She also secretly recorded hours-long conversations with Trump's sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, who could be heard referring to her brother as a "liar."
Fred Trump said he plans to vote for Vice President Kamala Harris, now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.
