The Greek police have arrested Kozma Dhimitër Papa, born in 1968, from the village of Dhrovjan in Saranda, after being accused of rape and indecent acts with minors.
According to the special prosecutor's office for crimes against minors in Athens, there was a denunciation by the victim's mother, who is an Albanian citizen, which led to the disclosure of the human acts that the author committed with the minor with the initials KE and the date of birth in 2008.
The verifications showed that the author entered the victim's apartment using the personal relationship with her mother.
Everything started when the minor was 8 years old.
In that period, the Pope began abusing the minor, even during this period, sexual acts on her body also began.
The minor told the investigators that the perpetrator committed sexual acts with her from the age of 8 and continued until a few days ago.
In fact, the last time they had a contact, she was forced to send the author an intimate photo of herself. She said she was afraid to report him because she was worried about her and her mother's safety.
There was a girl who accidentally discovered her daughter's photos on the author's phone and after verifying the truth of the facts, she reported him to the police and took him to prison.
He was immediately arrested and is expected to face criminal offenses provided for in 7 articles of the criminal code for crimes against minors under 14 years of age.
He will be sent to court for security measures on Monday morning.
