The desire to kill Preng Gjini has mobilized a dozen people from the world of crime and the members of the "Reçi" family from Rreşeni, whose relative, Kastriot Reçi, was executed by sniper in January 2020.
But four years before SPAK discovered the perpetrators who provided the conditions to kill Preng Gjin in Tirana, such as the killer Nuredin Dumani, Fatmir Troplinin, Arben Mürkurin alias Manec, Elson Reçin, Robert Laçin, police officer Klodian Shahini, Besian Xixha and Enver Diva , a report sent by the criminal police to the prosecutor's office of Tirana, cast strong doubts on the participation in this assassination of one of Kastriot Reçi's nephews, the citizen Alves Reçi.
Now the investigative file registered in the prosecutor's office of Tirana with No. 5775 for the charge of "Murder for blood feud" remaining in the attempt and "Destruction of property with explosives" has been withdrawn for further investigations in SPAK and obviously this criminal report is in the investigative file.
Alves Reçi, has been identified by the criminal police since September 2020, when the attack with 400 grams of tritol on Preng Gjin took place.
But surprisingly, at that time, no one moved to the prosecutor's office in Tirana, as the file went from one prosecutor to another.
However, even though the case went to the SPAK special prosecutor's office, there was still no concrete charge on the criminal actions committed by Alves Reçit and Nuredin Dumani himself, who, according to "SKY" conversations, had closed the deal with "Manec" and Fatmir Troplini, found as executors of Preng Gjin, Enver Diva and Besjan Xixha.
According to the report compiled in September 2020 and police observation reports at this time, the person identified as a participant in this crime is precisely one of the sons of Kastriot Reç's brother, who was killed by a sniper in January 2020 in the center to fall.
The desire to take revenge on the Gjini family, and more specifically on the former policeman, Preng Gjini, has led to the action of the young sons of the Reçi family, while their fathers have remained calm in their respective apartments in Rrëshen.
And this happened 7 months after the macabre murder of Kastriot Rec, and this family reacted by activating the young sons of the family.
But putting the boys into action was a mistake, as according to the report one of the boys has been fully identified by the police and the prosecutor's office of Tirana, but surprisingly at that time and currently in the action of SPAK, no one acted to stop him.
Alves Reçi was exactly at the place of the event, where he stayed in the bar "D...", very close to the "Nisharaku" bridge, and from there it is known that he is the person who activated the explosive substance.
Alves Reçi stayed at the bar and introduced himself to the waiter as an Italian citizen, communicating with him in Italian. Alves Reçi, after the explosion of the car, was then led away from the table, paid the money and during this moment it is learned that he asked the waiter from which side of the city the "Elbasani Road" came from.
Then Alves Reçi left the bar. This whole scene was filmed by the bar's security cameras, where Alves Reçi appears in three-quarter pants, with a hat on his head, with long hair and a brown bag on his back.
As he left the bar, he stood for a few minutes on the sidewalk observing the situation and immediately after the moment of the powerful explosion, Alves Reçi started to move and then run, leaving quickly.
A series of videos seized by the criminal police of Tirana clearly show that one of the nephews of the Reçi family, Alves Reçi, runs towards the "Gjergj Fishta" street in the direction of the "Vasil Shanto" intersection.
Alves Reçi's silhouette appears up to Elbasan street, from where he left by taxi in the direction of the city of Elbasan and then appears at the border point of "Qafë-Thanë".
It is from this border point that Alves Reçi left Albania entering North Macedonia. Even though he was under police surveillance, surprisingly he was allowed to cross into Macedonia.
But despite the fact that Alves Reçi has left Albania, two or three days after September 15, 2020, surprisingly this person enters Albania again, again using the "Qafë-Thanë" border gate.
According to the police report, there is no doubt that the person who ran immediately after the explosion is Alves Reçi, the son of Kastriot Reçi's brother.
His identification was carried out by security cameras and by several operational sources in the city of Rreshen.
In addition to the Reçi family, which had blood feuds with the Gjini family in Rrëshen, two criminal groups were also activated for the murder of Preng Gjini, such as the one to which "Maneci" belonged and contract killers Nuredin Dumani, since according to conversations, Preng Gjini often frequented Aleksandër Lahon alias "Rumin".
During his stay in Albania, Gjini drove with his cousin, Fatjon Dautaj's car. The two cousins, Dautaj and Gjini, were kept under observation for almost two and a half months, until on September 15, 2020, the tritol attack was carried out in the center of Tirana.
A day after the incident, the police carried out detailed checks in the town of Rreshen, where the focus was on the apartments of the brothers Tonin Reçi, Paulin Reçi, Martin Reçi, Alfred Reçi and Gjovalin Reçi.
During these checks, no illegal items were found and all the brothers were in their respective apartments. Only in the house of Gjovalin Reçi, the police found and seized a DVR device and a drone./ Ora News
