The possibilities for involvement in the Israel-Iran war were at the center of the meeting called by Donald Trump on Tuesday afternoon in the White House Crisis Management Room.
The central topic of the meeting was the possibility of participating in Israel's raids on Iranian nuclear facilities, including the Fordow facility, five sources familiar with the matter told CBS News.
As the network reports, the possibility of US involvement in the conflict, a possibility that President Donald Trump is carefully considering and is said to be positive for him, was not fully accepted by his team.
"There is no complete agreement among Trump's closest advisers, the president's advisers remain divided on how to move forward," CBS News reports.
