Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine is finalizing a 20-point peace document and will present it to the US in the "near future."
In an online post, Zelensky added that Ukraine and the US will hold further talks today, where post-war reconstruction and economic development will be discussed.
"We are finalizing work on 20 points of a basic document that could set the parameters for ending the war, and we expect to submit this document to the United States in the near future, following our joint work with President Trump's team and partners in Europe ," he said.
Zelensky added that the talks will be followed by a virtual meeting of the so-called coalition of the willing.
"We are working very productively to ensure future security and prevent a repeat of Russian aggression ," he added.
