The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, reacted to the situation created in Russia.
Vucic described the march of the leader of the mercenary group 'Wanger' towards Moscow as a 'coup d'état'. He added that he does not support his action, just as he has not supported it in other countries, also mentioning the case of Turkey. Vucic said that such things are unacceptable.
"We do not support something like that. Because it means coup by military means with armed means and using the army. This is self-evident, we have not supported it in Turkey or Russia and we will not support it in America or any other country. These are things you cannot allow," said Vucic.
Yesterday evening, Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of 'Wanger', stopped the march of his mercenaries, stating that he did not want bloodshed among the Russians. The reason for his action was his clash with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.
